Upon permission, allowing use of PixelDisplay’s Trademark(s), provided in writing by an officer of PixelDisplay Inc, you may use the Trademark(s) only as provided herein, without modification, for the Purpose of use as permitted and no other. And in so doing, you agree to follow the PixelDisplay’s Trademark Guidelines, Purpose, Terms of Service and Intellectual Property policies (collectively, the “Rules”), and to all costs and liabilities required to perfect conformance to said Rules.
